It can get stuck on power cords and socks, and may have trouble navigating between different surfaces, like rug and hardwood.

iRobot recommends clearing areas where the i3+ EVO will vacuum prior to when you use it, which includes clearing out any clutter or toys it may come across. It's also an excellent idea to keep the bin and filter clean so that they don't become clogged with dirt. If the i3+ EVO's internal bin is filled or the battery is depleted, it returns to its docking station, automatically emptying its dirt into the station's dust bin, and then continues cleaning the area where it started. The battery's lifespan is around an hour and a half of continuous usage. It takes 3 hours to charge.

We were also amazed by the i7+'s compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant AI services that we used to instruct the robot to start, stop or pause its cleaning sessions and to move around the room, and even vacuum the area. Connecting the i7+ to these services was simple and straightforward through the iRobot Home app. Once connected, to voice commands to the i7+, for example "Hey Alexa vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home App also offers options to manage i7+ settings and monitoring the performance.

3. Dyson Cyclone V10
